Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as a membership (a monthly subscription) or a preorder. This policy explains how you can change or cancel those purchases.

Memberships
The Cousins' Table and The Aunties' Table are monthly memberships. When you join, your payment details are stored securely and you're charged each month on your renewal date. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel or pause at any time before your next renewal date. Log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your membership. A month that has already renewed isn't refunded. If your book for that month has already shipped, cancelling stops future months only.

Preorders
When you place a preorder, you're buying an item that isn't in stock yet. Preorders are paid in full at checkout. Each preorder listing has an estimated ship date, so please read it and watch your email for updates.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the preorder window closes. Email us with your order number. Once the window closes, preorders are final and can't be cancelled or refunded, because items are made for the people who ordered them, unless the order was placed in error on our end.

Gazebo Day Passes
Day Passes are a one-time purchase and non-refundable. You can request a date change with 48 hours' notice if space allows.
